Elevate Hockey Stats runs in your phone's web browser, but you can add it to your home screen so it opens like a regular app. No App Store, no download, no waiting for updates. Just an icon that gets you straight into the app in one tap.
Why install it
A few good reasons:
- Faster access. One tap from your home screen instead of opening a browser and typing the URL.
- Full-screen experience. No browser address bar or tabs cluttering the view. The app uses the whole screen.
- Stays signed in. The installed version remembers your login, so you're not signing in every time you open it.
- Looks and feels like a native app. The icon sits next to your other apps. The Elevate splash screen shows when you launch it.
You'll get the most out of the app this way, especially when you're tracking games at the rink.
Install on iPhone (Safari)
This works in Safari only. Chrome on iOS uses Safari's engine but doesn't support this install flow.
- Open Safari and go to app.elevatestats.app.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name (Elevate Stats by default) and tap Add in the top right.
- The icon appears on your home screen with the Elevate logo. Tap it to launch.
The first time you open it, you'll be asked to sign in. After that, it stays signed in.
Install on Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome and go to app.elevatestats.app.
- You may see a prompt at the bottom of the screen offering to install the app. If you do, tap Install.
- If you don't see a prompt, tap the three-dot menu in the top right of Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Confirm the name and tap Install.
- The icon appears in your app drawer and on your home screen.
Updating the installed app
You don't need to do anything. The app updates automatically whenever we ship changes. Open it and you've got the latest version.
If you need to remove it
Same as removing any other app on your phone. Long-press the icon and tap Delete (iOS) or Uninstall (Android). Removing the installed app doesn't affect your account or your data - sign back in from your browser any time and everything's still there.
